How to Order
Note: all our prices are ex Vat. To see what the price is including vat, multiply the price given by 1.175.
Vat is added at the checkout, after postage costs.

We expect to despatch goods within 24/48 hours of receipt of order.
You can check progress of your order at any time on line.

1 Choose the items that you wish to order. Click the "Buy Now" icon shown with each item.
You can amend the contents of your shopping basket at any time while you are shopping.

2 Select the shipping you require from the drop down menu - 1st class/2nd class/Airmail/Surface.
For shipping charges see top right.
The correct shipping cost will be shown after you have logged in and entered your delivery address.
NB Overseas customers MUST select Airmail or Surface at this point.

3 Log in to your account (or register)

4 Return to the shopping basket Check your order. Proceed to checkout

5 Edit billing and delivery address if necessary.
Proceed to checkout to complete the transaction.

6 Select your payment - cheque or credit/debit card

You can pay using Switch, Eurocard, Electron, Mastercard or Visa credit and debit cards - all covered by our secure site encryption using Protx.

If you prefer, you can order online, and phone or fax your credit/debit card details to our office, giving your order reference number.
By cheque, post your cheque to us quoting your order reference number.

Please Note,
If you are an overseas customer, your order total will be shown in GBP Sterling - this is the amount you will be charged.
Currency will be converted by your bank via the card transaction.

In each case, we will acknowledge receipt of your order and will inform you when it has been despatched.
